Each week we will cover a different combination of topics. Here’s what you’ll be learning:

WEEK 1: What Is a Contraction/Surge and How Does It Feel In My Body? Beginning Stages of Labor and What to Expect, Guided Labor Rehearsals and Comfort Measures & Relaxation Optimization and Handling Pain.

WEEK 2: Moving Through Active Labor and Transition. Continued Labor Rehearsals and Comfort Measures. Breathing Techniques and Coping Mechanisms for the Hardest Parts of Labor.

WEEK 3: Final Labor Rehearsal, Stages of Labor Game, Incorporating Personalized Comfort Measures

WEEK 4: Informed Consent and Empowered Birth-how to curate your birth team to help you have a positive birth experience.

Birth Plans and Postpartum Planning-have a calm and supported recovery

WEEK 5: Newborn Care and Comfort. Learn how to care for and comfort your baby in the early weeks and beyond.

WEEK 6: Breastfeeding Basics. All the knowledge you need to get you started successfully and to continue breastfeeding for a year or longer!

At the end of classes, you will receive a labor and birth packet to take with you to the hospital, birth center, or home that will help guide you through everything you’ve learned, as well as newborn care and breastfeeding info.

Due to my love (and the amazing outcomes from previous couples) I am moving to private, in-person only classes from the comfort of your home, during an evening of your choosing, 6:30-9PM. $600/couple
