Birth Basics™ is a condensed birth course meeting for 3 sessions that will cover the following:

Class 1: What is a contraction and how is it working to bring my baby earthside? Early labor and what to expect. Labor rehearsals with birth tools for partners and mothers.

Class 2: How do I handle the intensity of contractions? Comfort measures and breathing techniques. Moving into active labor and transition/middle of your labor journey. Labor rehearsals with birth tools for partners and mothers.

Class 3: How do I push this baby out? I have to deliver the placenta too?! Moving through the final stages of labor and setting yourself up for a great golden hour after birth. Final labor rehearsal.
