Yoga for a Healthy Birth

This two-hour workshop will lead pregnant mothers and their birth partner through breathing, stretching, and meditating techniques to carry them through the rest of their pregnancy, aid in labor, and assist in the transition home with baby. The class will focus on proper alignment and positioning for mother and partner to prevent injury. Participants will leave with the knowledge of how to execute this accessible practice on their own at home.
